Shipment processing time

 All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 1- 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or whatsapp.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges –  For order value below Rs 999.00 we charge Rs 69.00.

 Orders of Rs 999.00 or More will be shipped Free.

Shipping Service – We use Delhivery.com Courier for shipping.

In case the pin code of customer is not supported by Delhivery then only the order will be shipped by Ecom Express or India Post. The Same will be conveyed to the customer via email and phone / whatsapp.

Delivery estimates – usually it takes 4 – 6 days after dispatch.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

if any products damaged during shipping please inform us on +91 8989809988 (call or whatsapp) or email – eprakriti@gmail.com as soon as you receive the package.

We will not accept any claim regarding damaged order 2 days after delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
